Right Key Cleaning cleans homes and small offices in Oakland County, MI. The work is a written checklist for the property you describe, scheduled across Oakland County. We do not publish a street address. Call (586) 837-5150.
A checklist, written before the day
Every booking starts as a scope, not a surprise. A recurring maid service visit covers the kitchen surfaces, the bathrooms, the floors, and the reachable dust. Beds are made when clean sheets are out. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, and cabinet interiors stay off that list unless they are named. A deep cleaning adds the slow film: baseboards, cabinet fronts, and the buildup a weekly wipe leaves behind. An empty move-out adds the bare shelves and the appliance interiors. The quote says which of those you booked.
The same habit applies to a condo, a short-term rental, and a small office. Access, pets, and the rooms that are off limits are written down with the tasks. We would rather ask about a locked bedroom or a dog that cannot be loose than discover either one at the door. Notes from the first visit stay with the schedule so the next visit is not a new interview. The checklist is the part that stays.
Supplies we bring, and products you set out
The crew brings supplies and equipment for a normal residential or office clean. You can ask us to use a product you already own on a particular floor, stone, or wood finish. Tell us about unfinished wood, a waxed floor, marble that cannot take acid, and any scent a person or a pet should avoid. When a surface allows it, we lean on labels in the EPA Safer Choice program. The label is a starting point. It is not a claim that one bottle is right for every finish in the county.
We do not bring carpet-extraction machines. Floors are vacuumed, and hard floors are damp-mopped. If a lease requires steam cleaning, that is a different vendor. We also do not haul renovation debris or take apart HVAC equipment. Filters, if you want them changed, are something you handle or ask about ahead of time. The visit is housekeeping.
The county we cover
There is no storefront and no street address. The map on the contact page is Oakland County, Michigan, the area these routes cover.
The county is the service area: the incorporated cities listed on the service areas page, from the Woodward grid to the lake cities, Rochester Hills, and the west side along I-96. Two of those cities are only partly in the county. Fenton is mostly in Genesee County, with about 28 residents on the Oakland side. Northville is split with Wayne County, and downtown Northville is on the Wayne side. We describe the Oakland portion, north of 8 Mile, as the part we serve. Lake Angelus is a tiny city around a private lake, and it is still on the list.
Seasonal dirt is part of the county, not a slogan. Winter salt comes in on shoes. Spring pollen sits on sills. Oakland County Parks put trail dirt and sand on floors after a weekend outside. The checklist does not change its rooms because of that. The interval sometimes does.
What we do not take
We do not clean medical or dental offices. A standard office, a storefront, or a suite after hours can be a commercial clean. A clinic cannot. We do not offer carpet cleaning as a service, and we do not abate lead or scrape paint in pre-1978 houses. If a remodel is underway, the construction crew hauls the debris first. We clean residual dust when the site is ready for a house clean.

There is no published price list. The estimate comes from the home or office you describe. Send a name and phone through the contact form. Email is optional. SMS consent is optional and is not required for a quote. The reply goes out from the same request, to the inbox sganeshomg@gmail.com, and it names the visit rather than a generic package.
