These terms cover cleaning bookings with Right Key Cleaning in Oakland County, MI. A visit happens under the written quote we send you, not under a rate card on the website. There is no published price list. The quote names the service, the address, and the tasks, and if the home or office does not match what you described, we will pause and confirm the scope before continuing.
Quotes and the day of the visit
Send the request from the contact form with your name and phone. Email is optional. The message goes to sganeshomg@gmail.com, and we answer with an estimate or a question. Accepting the quote is what books the time. A form submission by itself is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We do not publish a street address or a walk-in counter.
The quote is for the work described: a recurring clean, a deep clean, a move-out, a rental turnover, an office clean, or a post-construction dust clean. Tasks that were not listed, such as inside an oven or a full set of interior windows, are not assumed. We do not haul debris, and we do not extract carpet or provide carpet cleaning as a service. Floors are vacuumed and hard floors are mopped.
Cancellations
Ask to cancel or move a visit before the scheduled start, as early as you can, by email at sganeshomg@gmail.com. The specific cancellation terms for your booking are stated on that quote. This page does not set a fee, a deadline measured in hours, or a penalty. If the quote is silent, we will tell you the consequence when you write, rather than invent one here.
If we cannot reach the job because of weather, illness, or a lock we cannot open, we will contact you to reset the time. We do not treat a missed entry as a completed clean.
Access, pets, clutter, and building rules
You provide a way in: you are home, or you leave a key, a code, a lockbox, or a concierge handoff with written permission. Alarm steps need to be specific. We will not guess a panel. Pets should be crated, in a closed room, or otherwise secured. Tell us about a dog that cannot be separated so we can plan the first visit with you there. We do not let ourselves into a house when the instructions are vague.
Clear clutter before we arrive. We clean surfaces we can reach. We do not sort papers, laundry, or toys to invent a clear counter, and we do not move heavy furniture. In a condo or rental, HOA or building rules apply: parking passes, quiet hours, and elevator restrictions are your information to send. If a rule means we cannot start, the visit waits until access is real.
Work outside the quote
We do not clean medical or dental offices. We do not scrape paint, and we are not a lead abatement firm. Pre-1978 dust from a remodel is a contractor issue first. We clean residual household dust when the site is ready and the quote says so.
The service area is Oakland County. Fenton is mostly in Genesee County, and Northville is split with Wayne County, with downtown on the Wayne side and our work on the Oakland side north of 8 Mile. An address outside the area we described will be declined or confirmed in writing before anyone is scheduled.
Messages and changes to these terms
SMS consent on the quote form is optional and is not required to book. If you opt in, we may text about that quote or visit. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texts, and stopping texts does not cancel the visit. Payment terms, if we state any, live on the quote you accepted. We do not take card numbers through the public form.
