Right Key Cleaning provides commercial and office cleaning in Oakland County, MI for suites, storefronts, and small offices that need the work done after the desks are empty. The plan covers restrooms, break rooms, floors, and the touch points a customer or employee actually hits. It is janitorial housekeeping, not a medical-office service and not a construction final clean unless that is booked separately.

What an office plan includes

A typical recurring office clean empties trash, wipes desks that are cleared, cleans restrooms, wipes the break-room counters and the exterior of the appliances, vacuum or mop floors, and cleans glass at the entry. We do not shuffle stacks of paper to pretend a desk was dusted. If you want desks touched, leave them reasonably clear. Kitchens with a lunch rush need the sink and the table every visit. Conference rooms need the table and the credenza, plus a check for crumbs in the chairs after a long meeting day.

Nightly, weekly, and a custom split are all schedulable. A small suite may only need two or three evenings a week. A client-facing storefront may need the entry glass and the restroom every open day. We will not invent a nightly program for a two-room office that is empty on Fridays. The office cleaning checklist for Troy and Southfield is the longer version of this split, written so a manager can see daily versus weekly tasks before hiring anyone.

Where the offices actually are

Troy’s Big Beaver Road corridor is the clearest office cluster we describe, with Somerset Collection as the landmark everyone already uses for directions. Suites nearby range from single-tenant buildings to multi-floor lobbies. We clean the leased space you control. Building common areas belong to the landlord’s crew unless your lease says otherwise and you have asked us to handle a defined piece.

Southfield’s Northwestern Highway and the Civic Center area are the other concentration. Office cleaning in Southfield and office cleaning in Troy are the two city pages to read if the suite sits in either one. Auburn Hills adds businesses near Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, where retail traffic and office parks share the Baldwin Road and I-75 area. We are not the mall’s janitorial contractor. We clean the offices and storefronts that hire us directly.

After hours, alarms, and what we will not take

After-hours work needs an alarm code, a lock procedure, and a person to call if the panel misbehaves. Write the arming steps down. “The code is on the fridge” is how suites get left unarmed. We do not want that any more than you do. Restrooms should have paper and soap stocked by you, or the restock can be listed as a task if you provide the supplies. We are not a facilities vendor for HVAC, bulbs in high bays, or floor wax stripping.

We do not clean medical or dental offices. Exam rooms, clinical waste, and infection-control rules are a different operation from a standard office clean. If that is the space you have, this is not the right crew. Ordinary offices, studios, showrooms, and storefront sales floors are in range.

Post-construction cleaning is the service to book when a suite was just built out and fine dust is on every ledge. One-time cleaning covers a single reset before an open house or after a move-in of furniture, when you do not want a standing janitorial contract. Recurring commercial service starts once the dust is gone and the rhythm is known.

Bidding without a walkthrough fantasy

Send the city, the approximate square footage if you know it, the number of restrooms, how many days a week you want, and whether the clean is after 6 p.m. or before the first employee. Photos of the restroom and the break room help. A walkthrough is useful and not always required for a small suite. We do not publish a per-square-foot rate, because a carpeted call center and a greasy lunch-counter back room are not the same hour.

If your building requires a certificate you have not discussed with us, ask before you book. We will not invent credentials on a proposal. The work itself is the checklist you approve.

A practical office clean also notices the small things that make a Monday morning feel unfinished: the coffee ring on the conference table, the restroom that ran out of paper on Friday, the entry glass covered in handprints at handle height. Those are in the recurring plan. What is not in the plan is a quarterly carpet extraction, a floor strip-and-wax project, or a deep clean of a warehouse. If your space is half office and half shop floor, describe both. We can usually handle the office side and the customer restroom. We will tell you if the shop floor is outside the tools we bring.

Commercial cleaning by city

Each incorporated city has its own commercial page, because a highway suite, a downtown shop, and a home office are not the same appointment.

Questions people ask first

Do you clean offices after business hours?

Yes. After-hours cleaning is the normal pattern so desks, restrooms, and kitchens can be handled without working around meetings. We need a key or code, alarm instructions, and a phone number if the system faults. Daytime cleans are possible for storefronts that prefer the work before opening, as long as the space can be reached.

What does a typical office cleaning plan include?

Trash, restrooms, break-room surfaces, entry glass, and floors are the core. Cleared desks and conference tables are wiped. We do not reorganize paperwork. Restroom paper and soap are restocked only if you supply them and list that task. High-bay bulb changes, floor stripping, and clinical rooms are outside the plan.

Can you set up a nightly, weekly, or custom schedule?

Yes. Nightly service fits busy, client-facing spaces. Two or three visits a week fit many small suites. A weekly clean can hold a quiet office that stays tidy. The quote names the days. If a week includes a holiday closure, tell us whether to skip or to move the visit.

Do you clean medical or dental offices?

No. We do not clean medical or dental offices, exam rooms, or spaces that require clinical waste handling. The commercial service is for ordinary offices, studios, showrooms, and storefronts. If your suite is clinical, you need a crew set up for that work. We would rather say so on the first call than stretch a house-and-office checklist into a clinic.
