How Right Key Cleaning uses the name, phone, and other details you send with a cleaning quote for Oakland County, MI.

This privacy policy explains what Right Key Cleaning collects when you request a quote for a home or office in Oakland County, MI, and what we do with it. The short version: we use the form to reply to that request. We do not sell the information. The contact point for a question or a deletion request is sganeshomg@gmail.com.

What the quote form collects

The form asks for your name and phone, both required so we can answer. Email is optional. You can also send the service you want, the city or ZIP, and a message about the property. Those fields can include bedrooms, pets, timing, access notes, and anything else you choose to write. An SMS consent checkbox is optional. Leaving it unchecked does not stop the quote.

If you check the box, you agree we may text you about that quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to request a quote, and you can still be contacted by phone or email without opting into texts. We use the phone number you typed to call about the job you asked us to price. We do not treat a quote request as permission to add you to a marketing list.

Why we have it

We use these details to understand the clean, send an estimate, ask a follow-up if the scope is unclear, and schedule the visit if you accept. The message may include facts we need for the day, such as a lockbox note, a pet, or a product you want used on a floor. We keep the correspondence so we can do that work and answer later questions about the same booking. We do not use the form to build a sold list of Oakland County households, and we do not sell, rent, or trade this information.

Please do not send medical details, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers in the message. A cleaning quote does not need them. If a note includes something sensitive by accident, email sganeshomg@gmail.com and ask us to delete that message.

How the form is delivered

The enquiry is addressed to sganeshomg@gmail.com. If email delivery through Resend is configured on the site, the server sends the form there through Resend. If Resend is not configured, your browser submits the same fields to FormSubmit, which forwards them to that inbox. Either path is only for delivering the quote request. We do not run a separate marketing platform off the form.

The site publishes no street address. Email processors store a message long enough to deliver it. They are not a reason we would sell a list.

SMS, access, and what we do not collect

Text messages, when you opt in, are about the quote or the scheduled visit: timing, access, and a change you requested. You can ask us to stop texting by replying to the message or by emailing sganeshomg@gmail.com. Stopping texts does not cancel a booking by itself. Cancellation terms, if any, are written on the quote, not in this policy.

We do not ask the form for a Social Security number, a photo of an ID, or a card number. If you include an access code, we use it only to enter for the booked visit and we do not publish it.

Asking for a deletion

Email sganeshomg@gmail.com from the address you used, or include the name and phone on the original request, and say what you want removed. We will delete the quote correspondence we still have, except where we need to keep a record of a booking that already happened, such as the date and the address, for our own accounting of work performed. Tell us if a specific sentence in a message is the part you want gone and we will remove that from what we still hold.

This policy describes our own form and inbox. It is not a citation of a statute. If we change how the form works, we will update this page. Questions about a quote can go to the same inbox.
